Shipping Policy

At Chestnut & Maple, we aim to make receiving your order as simple and straightforward as possible. All orders are dispatched from UK warehouses and can currently only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99.

Delivery is free when the total value of your order is over £60, after any discounts have been applied.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 3–5 working days from the date the order is placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Although we work hard to ensure orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as adverse weather, courier disruption or unusually busy periods.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short time for the tracking link to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

If you have not received tracking information or your tracking has not updated for several working days, please contact us using the form on our Contact page.

Separate Deliveries

Some products are stored at different UK warehouses. If your order contains more than one item, the products may be dispatched separately and arrive in different parcels or on different days.

Where this happens, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations and tracking details for each parcel. You will only pay the delivery charge displayed when placing your order.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please check your address carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the dispatch process.

Chestnut & Maple cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

Missed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place, attempt delivery again or provide instructions for rearranging delivery or collecting the parcel.

Please follow the instructions supplied by the courier. Parcels that are not collected or successfully delivered may be returned to the warehouse.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first. Occasionally, parcels may experience delays while travelling through the courier network.

If the tracking information does not explain the delay, contact us and include your order number. We will investigate the delivery with the relevant warehouse or courier.

Please do not assume that a multi-item order is missing until you have checked whether it has been divided into separate deliveries.

Damaged Parcels or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

• Clear photographs of the packaging and delivery label

UK Delivery Only

Chestnut & Maple currently delivers within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery availability for a particular address will be confirmed at checkout.
